Charge d'Affaires of Ukraine in Brazil Oleg Vlasenko met with the Ambassador of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana in Brazil, Dr. Compton Bourne.

During the meeting, the intensification of political dialogue between Ukraine and Guyana, promising areas of cooperation between the two countries, and issues of the travel regime of citizens were discussed. 

Oleg Vlasenko emphasized that the Embassy will facilitate the organization of a number of bilateral meetings this year, when Guyana celebrates the 60th anniversary of Independence, and Ukraine and Guyana celebrate 25 years of establishing diplomatic relations.
