The meeting of the Board of Directors of "Alcantara Cyclone Space" Binational Company was held in Kyiv followed by the meeting between Chairmen of the space agencies of Ukraine and Brazil

The State Space Agency of Ukraine hosted the 15th regular meeting of the Board of Directors of "Alcantara Cyclone Space" Binational Company on April 23-24, 2013.
During the discussion on the proposed agenda of the meeting the reports have been provided on the implementation of the "Cyclone-4" project, the construction status of the ground complex "Cyclone-4" and overall spaceport infrastructure facilities. The delegations analyzed and approved the annual report and financial statements of the company for 2012. The parties agreed on the need to resolve the number of current issues for further effective project implementation. This meeting was attended by Ambassador of Brazil to Ukraine Mr. Antonio Fernando Cruz de Mello.
At the end of the meeting the Chair of the Board of Directors Mr. Sergiy Zasukha, Deputy Chairman of SSAU, thanked the guests for attending the meeting and underlined that the Board reached consensus on several important issues in a spirit of partnership between the Parties.
The Parties agreed to hold the next meeting of the Board of Directors of ACS BC in August current year in Alcantara, Brazil.
In addition, on April 26 bilateral meetings have been held between the representatives of Designated Authorities under the Agreement - the Head of the Brazilian Space Agency, Mr. Raimundo Jose Coelho Braga and Deputy Chairman of the State Space Agency of Ukraine S. Zasukha. In course of the meeting the senior officials achieved positive arrangements on the first launch of the "Cyclone-4" launch vehicle.
