All Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred will be awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. It was stated by Petro Poroshenko near the memorial cross at the site of murder of the participants of the Revolution of Dignity of February 20.

"I have adopted the decision: I will sign the decree on awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred," the Head of State noted in the course of the conversation with relatives of the deceased and the participants of the Revolution of Dignity.

On the anniversary of the beginning of Maidan in Kyiv, the President honored the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. The Head of State laid flowers to the memorial cross and lit a candle in the memory of the deceased.

The ceremony was also attended by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the VII convocation Oleksandr Turchynov, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk and public representatives.
