In this context, he stressed that the Ukrainian army should be "well supplied, trained and ready to counter Russian aggression."
The Prime Minister urged the world to be united in confronting the aggressor. According to him, Ukraine has a great potential for development. "Our task is to ensure effective reforms and changes able to open up the potential of our country in the economic field and in other areas. We have to build up fair social policy. We have to develop our country," he underlined.

The Prime Minister also called on the community to join efforts for the benefit of Ukraine.
The Head of Government noted the symbolism of the fact that his working visit to the United States began with a meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian community in Washington and ends with a meeting with the Ukrainian community in New York City.
Volodymyr Groysman visited the Ukrainian Museum in New York, toured the exhibition and made an entry in the Guest Honour Book of the Museum.
The Prime Minister thanked the community for the promotion of Ukrainian culture and expressed pride for the existence of such a museum in New York. "We have to spread Ukrainian culture, we must show the whole world all the virtues we are endowed by God. And this is very important for us," he said.
