Modern Pentathlon ex-World champion from Ukraine Pavlo Tymoshchenko won silver medal in the men’s competition in Rio 2016.
Pavlo was one of two athletes – together with Andrii Fedechko – who qualified to the Olympic final race.
Tymoshchenko performed almost perfectly at the decisive pentathlon discipline 'combine' breaking to the top 3 due to balanced running and shooting. His final score is 1472 points.
His teammate Fedechko placed himself on 26th position scoring 1390 points.
