President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is confident that following the results of the elections of October 26, pro-Ukrainian and pro-European Parliament will be elected.

"We will finally elect pro-Ukrainian not pro-Moscow, anticorruption not corrupt, pro-European Parliament – the Verkhovna Rada," the President said in his conversation with media in Chernivtsi region.

The Head of State emphasized that the new composition of the Verkhovna Rada would face extremely important tasks. "We have to reform the country. We must put an end to corruption and implement reforms in medicine, education, judicial and legal systems. We must also implement the reform of the army, for it has been destroyed," Petro Poroshenko stressed.

At the same time, the President notes that much has been done already – the Association Agreement with the EU has been signed, Russian invasion has been stopped, the Armed Forces that have stopped the aggressor have been created.
