President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a meeting with European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Štefan Füle.

The parties discussed the signature of the Association Agreement with the EU in Brussels on June 27.

Petro Poroshenko expressed gratitude for the "leading role" of the EU in the attraction of international financial assistance to Ukraine, particularly from the IMF, and for the idea of the European Commission on holding the international donor conference for Ukraine.

The meeting was also attended by Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombiński, Ukraine's Representative to the EU Kostyantyn Yeliseyev and Deputy Director-General of Razumkov Centre Valeriy Chaly.
